Great Experience After searching around for estimates to get some major engine work done on our XC70, I got to Smyth. I found myself speaking to Tom Coward. Not only did Tom have the best price from the start, he explained to me all of the variables that might effect the price. Still the lowest, we brought the car in. Later that day, Tom called and told me of some related issues. Here we go, I thought. Being an hour away, and the price better than looking for another car, I told him to go ahead. Expecting the worst, we went to pick up the car the next day. Not only was the work complete and the car ready when I was told, but Tom explained that what they had seen as an issue wasn't so bad. The price was quite a bit less than the estimate given. Amazing, friendly, and competent service. I would recommend to anyone. More

Helping Out in a Pinch I found myself with a headlight bulb out on my volvo, and couldn't find time to replace it. This was my first service appointment for my XC60 and it went like clockwork. Doug arranged for a nice loaner car and even accommodated my preference of cars. (It's nice to try something you don't drive all the time!) Service was included in my maintenance package. Doug recommended a tire rotation. Car was ready on time and washed. More
