We Go NOWHERE else!!! We have been buying/leasing Subaru's from Mark Miller Subaru since the mid-80's. Right now my family has 4 Subarus. We have ALWAYS been treated with respect and kindness.. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and bends over backwards to make sure we are content and satisfied with our purchase/service. We ALWAYS recommend Mark Miller Subaru to all of our friends and family!!! It is the ONLY place to purchase a Subaru!!!! More

Beyond my expectations Went for oil change and appreciated the additional check up. Found a burnt out tail light, washed and vacuumed all in a reasonable time frame. Recommended you for that long, know of 6 people who bought from you as a result and when i sold my car, told them to go there too as you had all maintenance records. I'm a woman who knows cars and have been cheated, swindled, lied to and cheated on by other shops. Then played the take me keys and talk you into a more expensive car, wasting hours in buying negotiations. That has never ever happened at Mark Miller, even when I thought it was an expensive repair, you checked and found it was a simple repair. Body shop was fantastic too when I had some minor damage. Buying was truly a delightful experience vs tactics and pressure. Excellent service, great customer relations, top of the line safest and most reliable cars, no one could ask for more!!!! More

Shane Killpack is something else I’ve been a loyal Subaru owner since 2007. When I faced the music that at 224,000 miles my “2 owner, never towed, never had a flat tire” 2001 Outbac I’ve been a loyal Subaru owner since 2007. When I faced the music that at 224,000 miles my “2 owner, never towed, never had a flat tire” 2001 Outback limited wagon, owner was not getting younger I dove into researching newer car. Got to say after 22 days of hard core researching, test driving etc I’m the proud owner of a 2013 Forester. Had I known what a great experience Mark Miller Subaru’s team has put together I would have pulled the trigger long ago. The highlight was meeting/interacting with Shane Killpack. He’s not a super salesman, he’s an amazing person. Low key, knowledgeable, not afraid to say yes, let's try that, and he adds to your research. I drove him nuts partially because there were 5 Foresters next to each other, all contenders. Shane is someone you want on your team. Always available, consistent, and he totally understands the current auto market. I’m in worldwide sales, and Shane is unique, I only send my best buddies to him. He’s on my A Team, like a trusted doctor. The dealership has undergone obvious changes since they moved to the new location, as they speak with one voice, never hard sell you, value a loyal customer and make buying a new car so easy I can’t wait to do it all over again. It's so rare that you find a dealership that when you say “I have this issue with my car, they walk out TO the car, and act like an owner, not adversarial. (Tom in service, and the aftermarket desk too) Buy a car, they pick you up the next day, then take the time to personally dial in the Bluetooth, a huge timesaver. All paperwork smoothly flies through. This dealership has experience and they are empowered to use it. They don’t push bogus cars with checkered pasts. When I ski Snowbird its fun to walk through the parking lot and count every third car as a Subaru. There is VIP parking up close for loyal owners. There is a reason 80% of those cars are in Idaho, Colorado and Utah. Rock solid value, great driving experience in some of the worst snow conditions, and excellent service backup. When you park 'front row' at Alta it can be three wintergreen 2001 Subies in a row. P.S. I sold the wintergreen Outback to my kids, as I can’t bear to see it leave the family. At first they whined “DAD! We don’t want a car that has been to the Moon! The other day they had some minor car work done, their comment “sure feels good to have the Subie back”...Their college attendance grades literally depend on never being late. Tuition fees, testing stress and all is good when they know when you have to be there, just start the Subaru. More

Terrific sales group I have used the Mark Miller Subaru service center for a while now. They are knowledgeable, and as I found out recently highly competitive, price wise. I have used the Mark Miller Subaru service center for a while now. They are knowledgeable, and as I found out recently highly competitive, price wise. More recently still, I bought a new vehicle from them after doing exhaustive in-person and electronic research. They simply beat everyone else's in price and quality of work. This is our third Subaru; we ended up buying all three from the same dealership for similar reasons as I explained. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had! My wife and I recently bought a 2016 Crosstrek and all of the staff we have worked with, from the test drives and choosing the car, to financing and f My wife and I recently bought a 2016 Crosstrek and all of the staff we have worked with, from the test drives and choosing the car, to financing and follow up for some initial services we selected as part of our warranty, every single person we've dealt with has been awesome! I had an awful experience in buying my other Subaru from a different dealership, and that has carried on in any dealings I've had with them after the fact as well. I plan to buy all my cars from Mark Miller Subaru from now on. More

I have to say, Mark Miller Subaru has completely changed what I think buying a car should feel like. Their staff was all very personable, and helpful. When I brought my car in for some extra perks they were all very nice and accommodating. Staff that I wasn't even dealing with, willingly came over and helped me when it was obvious I was struggling. There were even several people who engaged my little 4 year old in conversation, making her feel like she was a part of what was going on too. Their facilities seem really clean and organized. I am very happy with my experience. More

The experience of buying a car at Mark Miller Subaru was unlike any other we've had. They don't use pressure tactics at all. We were treated like actual human beings rather than dollar signs. Mark Miller Subaru is a stark contrast from every other dealership we visited while searching for our car. The entire process was quick and easy. We love our new Crosstrek. The salesman actually took the time to sit in the car with us and went through every detail of the navigation, instruments, and stereo. This type of service does not exist at other dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone. More

The experence began with the Salesman, Doug Murdock, who was totally amazing. He answered every question and spent alot of time with me reviewing the pricing and reviewing the car. Doug treated me like he would have treated his own mom, I am sure of it. He was awesome. Peter, in Finance was equally awesome, he was kind, informative and extremely patient. All the way to the service department that put the clear coat on the car inside and out, the same day! In fact, I have told everyone to go there before they go to any other dealership. I will never buy a car from anyone else. A huge thank you to Doug Murdock for sticking right with me through the entire process!! More
