Excellent Customer Service I came into Manly Honda looking to buy a car. Mr.Tom Larson was the first to greet me. He introduced himself and asked how he could help. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me all my options. He explained everything in detail, leaving me with few questions to ask. I told him that I needed time to think things over and that I would get back to him when I decided. There was never any pressure from Mr. Larson. I left feeling very comfortable with my experience. I soon came back in and Mr. Larson helped me with the sale. I was extremely satisfied with the selling price. Mr. Larson then took me to to see Mr. Tom Henschel, in the service department. Tom Henschel explained my loan options in detail. I was very comfortable with his caring manners. I felt comfortable in choosing what I need. He worked within the financial parameters we provided. We went down the same day, turned in our old car and drove off with a new 2017 CRV.
