He was attentive and stayed with me until the financing process was over. He even helped with getting me new car insured when my previous insurance wanted over a thousand dollars monthly premium! Also, Tom was very helpful as well. At the end of a long day waiting at other dealerships, Tom streamlined the financing process and helped explain what exactly we were buying quickly and efficiently. 1st Experience with Manly Honda...Home Run!!!! After going through the usual and not so good used car experience, I was on my way home and saw Manly Honda as I was passing by. I decided to try ONE After going through the usual and not so good used car experience, I was on my way home and saw Manly Honda as I was passing by. I decided to try ONE more place and I am glad I did! I was introduced to Tom Larson and knew I was in the right place. Unfortunately, I was looking for a very specific car for a very specific price. I knew exactly what I wanted and it wasn't there. Not exactly an easy customer. :-) I decided to let Tom find that car for me and within a few days, Tom found that car, secured it for the price I wanted which was reasonable for both sides and did not make me endure hours of horse trading. My used car is immaculate inside and out! It looks like a brand new car. My car buying just got a lot easier! I'm going to be needing a full size truck in the near future and I know exactly what I want, how much I want to spend and I have no doubt that Tom can get me that deal! Of course, sales is only one aspect of buying a car, there is also finance; all the paperwork, Tom Henschel and Les Mosen were both knowledgeable, friendly, fast, thorough, and no pressure.
