I appreciated Tom Larson's professional approach, command of the new technology, ability to listen respectfully when I needed time to "shop around". This was a no pressure decision. I drove all the cars I felt would fit my needs at every dealership. Tom was helpful in comparing cars which made me feel I really found a person who loved what he did. He never made derogatory comments about other car makers. That is the most important thing to me in sales-know your product and keep a positive view of what others do also. Finally decided on CRV with all the new technology. Tom also had a great sense of humor which helped talk me through all my fears of the newest advances in cars! Plus I have contacted him on a number of occasions to help guide me though a few things and he's always responsive. Great experience with a professional who knows the ins and outs of the new technology. More

I decided to try ONE more place and I am glad I did! I was introduced to Tom Larson and knew I was in the right place. Unfortunately, I was looking for a very specific car for a very specific price. I knew exactly what I wanted and it wasn't there. Not exactly an easy customer. :-) I decided to let Tom find that car for me and within a few days, Tom found that car, secured it for the price I wanted which was reasonable for both sides and did not make me endure hours of horse trading. My used car is immaculate inside and out! It looks like a brand new car. My car buying just got a lot easier! I'm going to be needing a full size truck in the near future and I know exactly what I want, how much I want to spend and I have no doubt that Tom can get me that deal! Of course, sales is only one aspect of buying a car, there is also finance; all the paperwork, Tom Henschel and Les Mosen were both knowledgeable, friendly, fast, thorough, and no pressure.
