No Stress Experience I knew what car I wanted. I negotiated a price via email. When I went to pick up the car, the transaction went smoothly and as stated with no surpri I knew what car I wanted. In addition, after the purchase, Chris spent about 20 minutes showing me how to use the computer in the car and explaining all of the features. Extremely Pleasant and Straightforward Buying Experience! From the initial email interaction with Milan Kangrga to the final processing and sale with Tom Henschel, I couldn't have asked for a simpler, no BS e From the initial email interaction with Milan Kangrga to the final processing and sale with Tom Henschel, I couldn't have asked for a simpler, no BS experience than with Manly Honda. I've been conditioned in the past to have to haggle and deal with shady tactics, but there was absolutely NONE of that during my car buying experience. In addition, I got a killer deal on my new Honda Fit EX! When I went through TrueCar, Milan emailed me with a quote and was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. Even the day before, when I received a competing quote, they were willing to match it at the dealership and even gave me a slightly better deal! After finalizing details, Tom walked me through the whole process and was very easygoing and friendly. He clearly explained all the paperwork and the warranties and did not bother trying to push me to get anything I didn't need. Manly Honda seems to operate on a volume model and is very straightforward and honest about their practices. I would definitely purchase my next Honda from them and recommend anyone else to do the same! More
