Tom was born and raised in Collegeville and currently resides in Audubon Pa. He and his three children are Methacton High graduates. His children went on to get degrees at Kutztown, Penn State and Temple University, as you can see Tom has deep roots in the area. Skiing and motorcycle riding as well as following our local sports teams are Tom's hobbies. Audi Devon is very lucky to have a dedicated and hard working employee like Tom on it's sales staff, and we know Tom feel's mutually. Excellent customer service I came into the dealership to look into leasing for the first time. I was not familiar with the process and Tom was extremely helpful. In addition, I I came into the dealership to look into leasing for the first time. I was not familiar with the process and Tom was extremely helpful. In addition, I was undecided on what car I wanted and Tom went through all the SUVs and described the differences etc. he was definitely a no pressure salesman which made it easy for me to ask questions and I felt totally comfortable. I left after my first visit with a lot to digest but was very informed because of Tom and his attentiveness. While I was deciding, I emailed Tom a few times with additional questions and he quickly responded. This made me make my decision quick within a week you decision was made. I came in and everything went smoothly because of Tom and then Demery in Finance. She had all the paperwork ready and I was in and out of there in no time. It was such a pleasant experience and I would definitely return to Audi and have shared my experience with my friends. I was also pleased that Tom called me after to check on how I was liking the car etc. those little things like that make such a difference. More

Purchased a car remote We attempted to buy a car remotely and pick it up a month later with an out of state registration. While we love the Q7, the admin side of this was a We attempted to buy a car remotely and pick it up a month later with an out of state registration. While we love the Q7, the admin side of this was a disaster which we are still dealing with. The contract had to be redone, the insurance requested had to be redone, the registration was done in error and then our plate was mailed to the wrong address. My conclusion -- sales people nor the dealership care about the whole customer experience, just the sale. More
