A friend of mine referred me to Arthur Pace, a sales agent at Sloane Toyota at Glenside and I am so happy that she did. I had a very pleasant experience from arrival until departure. Eric Tunkel was very professional and approachable, introduced himself at the front door, and asked all the right questions to get a bette departure. Eric Tunkel was very professional and approachable, introduced himself at the front door, and asked all the right questions to get a better understanding as to why I was looking for a car and what would be a good fit for me. There was no pressure to buy, and gave me the guidance I needed in making the right decision to purchase a used vehicle (2019 RAV4 LE). Also took some time to chat socially about what I do for a living, and other personal interests (we both play hockey ;-D). Tom Laigaie handled all of the paperwork and final sale in a comprehensive manner. He answered any questions that I had in detail.
