Bob and his team actually physically looked at our trade-in and complimented us on the care we had taken of our 2009 Outback. He recommended a higher trade-in value than any of the 4 other dealerships we had talked to. Those other dealerships never even looked at our old car, they just low-balled a value based on KBB. The North End finance guys knew their paperwork inside and out, practically without looking at the pile of forms as we signed them.
