Even though, in the past, I bought cars somewhere else (found another car better deal) I always reached out to NorthEnd as they were just pleasant to deal with and were up front with costs of any vehicle. Finally everything lined up right with looking for a car AND them having one I wanted and I can say it was as easy and pain free as I would hope. At least give them a try as it is a nice break from your typical dealership hassles. UPDATE: Set to two stars for the time being as there is an issue with the car. Scheduled service, will update the review once I see how service does and how they treat a newly purchased used vehicle customer. Second UPDATE: They said they fixed the issue, drove back up and the moment I took the car out the issue was still present, but at lower speeds. Turned around, took the service individual out and he heard it. Got the loaner back, drove back home and am waiting for a update as they had to order a speaker for another issue, along with diagnosing and fixing the original complaint. Third UPDATE: Been around a month and still waiting on a call back for the repair to the speaker. Final UPDATE (roughly a month and a half after purchase): Everything has been fixed. More

After only a few hours at other dealerships, we knew purchasing an Outback from Bob would be the right choice. Greg was excellent in listening to my needs and wants, thoroughly going over the new features and what I would expect out of each model that we test drove, and ultimately helping me decide what would be the best fit for my budget and driving style. Tom makes the paperwork less daunting as he does a great job in explaining the whole process step by step. When I am ready to trade in again in the future, I would definitely return to North End.
