I got a brand new 2019 subaru impreza sedan!! I love the car and the salesman Greg was such a huge help. Him and Tom (finance) worked tirelessly to make the sale happen for me even when my credit was less car and the salesman Greg was such a huge help. Just okay My experience at North End Subaru was good, not great. The sales process was good, finance was okay too. The disappointment came at vehicle pick up. I scheduled to pick up my vehicle 5 days after purchasing. I spoke with my sales person and business manager several times during that time. At no time in my interactions did they disclose they wouldn't be getting me an inspection sticker for the vehicle. I asked the business manager why and he said they couldn't get a permit to do so from the town. It would seem like this would be easily overcome if they took to a local service station and had the inspections done while they filled the gas tank. I found 5 service stations within 10 minutes that do inspections that they could have taken the vehicle to. I have bought several vehicles throughout the years and this is the only time when I picked up the car that the dealer had not taken care of this. I would have taken this into consideration had I known during the buying process which was time consuming enough. More
