Very easy buying experience My husband and I never intended to buy a "new" vehicle. We were not sure which small SUV we wanted to buy used and decided to drive new vehicles so se My husband and I never intended to buy a "new" vehicle. We were not sure which small SUV we wanted to buy used and decided to drive new vehicles so see which ones we liked. But...we did not get very far, starting and ending our search at North End Subaru. Greg Nuorimo met us when we walked into the showroom, allowed us to test drive the Forester and Outback, then sat with us for a very long time. He explained all about the Subaru boxer engine, showed us the test comparison videos done independently on small SUV's and answered all of our many many questions. There was no pressure to buy, no back and forth with the manager as we had previously experienced when we purchased another vehicle. Several weeks passed and we decided to take advantage of Subaru's 0% financing option and purchase a new vehicle. We did our homework and knew what we would pay for the vehicle at other dealers, and in the end we purchased from North End. Greg worked with us, finding the exact vehicle we wanted, didn't balk when I changed my mind on the color and added on all the options we wanted. When we took delivery everything went very smoothly. Tom explained all the paperwork, financing, extended warranty and other incidentals in a very timely manner. Greg went over everything (and I mean everything) we needed to know about the vehicle. This was extremely helpful as we have never owned a vehicle with so many options. I love this new Forester and all the safety options along with a really nice sound system and absolutely great handling in the snow. Thank you Greg for all your help. If anyone knows me they know I have no use for salespeople. My wife and I started looking around before a salesperson came out, when he came out he asked what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. Four hours later we drove out in a new vehicle, they took care of all paperwork, ( financing and registration). the salesperson was friendly and made us feel comfortable in our experience, thanks to Greg Nuorimo and the staff at North End, we will be there again. Best Dealership Experience Ever!! I have been coming back to this dealership for years now. I just recently purchased my fifth Subaru while working with Bob Waite, and the team! Anytim I have been coming back to this dealership for years now. I just recently purchased my fifth Subaru while working with Bob Waite, and the team! Anytime I come in to purchase a vehicle or get my car serviced I am always greeted with smiles like we are all one big family! I always feel very welcome. The entire staff gets to know you on a personal level, so it's not your typical cold dealership experience. Bob has always been a great guy to work with. Anytime I send him an email he is always quick to respond. He always checks to make sure everything is going well, and that I am satisfied with the process and vehicle! Anytime I have questions on purchasing a new vehicle I just send Bob a message and he immediately gets me the best price, and provides the best service! There is absolutely no need for back and forth with negotiating. I know I am getting incredible deals with this group! I drive over an hour to purchase my cars and have them serviced at this location. The commute doesn't even bother me because I enjoy coming to see the friendly staff at North End Subaru.
