Hi, my name is Tom Lombardo; Business Manager here at Germain Toyota of Columbus. I joined the Germain team in March of 2015 bringing with me sales experience from Harley Davidson and the Real Estate market. I believe in a pressure-free sales process and finding the best package to protect you and your family’s investment not only now but for your future purchases. I was Born and raised in Columbus, OH GO BUCKS! As you can tell one of my favorite things is the Ohio State Buckeyes as well as the fall season. I graduated from Pickerington Central, CSCC and Franklin University. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. The most played songs on my playlist are anything by Tim McGraw and mostly anything else Country. I enjoy relaxing to these sounds in my favorite vacation spot which is any place with sunshine, beach and cold drinks. My favorite Toyota is the TRD PRO 4Runner, I like this vehicle so much I just had to purchase one in 2018. I'm always here to assist you.

Best salesperson in the pre-owned car industry...Luci Green I have bought two cars off of Luci and just a few years and she will be my go to on the next car I buy too. While everyone I encountered was fantastic, this particular visit and process was the most difficult out of all of my leases through this dealership. Tanesha was so kind and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy anything like I was worried about. Instead she informed me about the car and answered any questions I had. Excellent sales team I ended up leasing a 2020 Toyota Corolla. I was very unsure of what I wanted in a car and Omar Jackson, my sales person, made the process very smooth. Truly look out for the customer. I bought my first Toyota with Germain and they did a great job helping my second. I had some issues with my last Toyota and they could have just said, I bought my first Toyota with Germain and they did a great job helping my second. I had some issues with my last Toyota and they could have just said, “that sucks for you good luck.” But they did not and went the extra mile for me. Thank you so much; Rich, Woody, Tom, and Omar! If you’re planning on buying a car make sure you ask for Omar! He is the best! He made sure that my car was warm for me and everything! Excellent service from an excellent rep! Tom did a great job on the finance side making sure that everything went seamless and had me out in record time! Woody and Rich were both world class as well. They were able to handle my issues and concerns and win me back over as a Germain customer! More
