Went in to have a check engine light looked at. Came out with over 9k in suggested fixes. Was told I wouldn't pass emissions without one of the $1500 fixes. A quick Google search said the issue was $700 max so I decided I would take it . Next day the light goes off and I passed the emissions test. It was $250 just for the check. This was my second experience here and the first was similar. Won't be back. More

Choosing a "5" for "Extremely satisfied" isn't even high enough to classify my experience. It was truly beyond exceptional - starting with my customer experience with Tom Lood. He exhibited an old school "customer first" approach which I haven't experienced in a very long time. He genuinely cared as much for me as a "person" as he did for me a "Mercedes Driver" Regarding the service....everything was done exactly as I had hoped. It was apparent that the attention to detail Tom showed to me was equally exhibited by the technicians. I've had some poor experiences at other Mercedes dealerships, so I'll be driving the hour it takes to get to Autohaus on Edens anytime I need something in the future. I know I'm in good hands there. More
