Very unsatisfied! I’m very shocked!! It was my second time when I first went to this dealer. I only wanted to get my brakes changed and the service manager Tom asked me I’m very shocked!! It was my second time when I first went to this dealer. I only wanted to get my brakes changed and the service manager Tom asked me if I wanted to get B service, he told me I got A service last time. I told him no, I only wanted to get my brakes changed this time. He said okay. When I came back to pick up my car, he asked me to pay him over $800. i wondered why, he said he fixed my brakes and also changed the rotor without my permission. I was never mentioned or asked by anyone if I wanted to change my rotor. I got there at 8am and I was there until 11am trying to figure things out! I was late to pick up my three year old daughter from her school. They were all very rude!! The manager came out and asked to give me $100 discount. None of the people asked for my apology. I will never ever go to this dealer again. And I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer!!! They will eat your money without your permission. More

He found me a loaner car to use for the day in spite of the fact that upon making the servic Tom was my service consultant and took care of my needs. He found me a loaner car to use for the day in spite of the fact that upon making the service appointment I was told no loaners were available for A service. This was never the policy and I was dismayed with this this new policy. More
