Very unsatisfied! I’m very shocked!! It was my second time when I first went to this dealer. I only wanted to get my brakes changed and the service manager Tom asked me I’m very shocked!! It was my second time when I first went to this dealer. I only wanted to get my brakes changed and the service manager Tom asked me if I wanted to get B service, he told me I got A service last time. I told him no, I only wanted to get my brakes changed this time. He said okay. When I came back to pick up my car, he asked me to pay him over $800. i wondered why, he said he fixed my brakes and also changed the rotor without my permission. I was never mentioned or asked by anyone if I wanted to change my rotor. I got there at 8am and I was there until 11am trying to figure things out! I was late to pick up my three year old daughter from her school. They were all very rude!! The manager came out and asked to give me $100 discount. None of the people asked for my apology. I will never ever go to this dealer again. And I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer!!! They will eat your money without your permission. More
