First checkup for GLC 300 I was there for a 7:30am appointment and it was rush hour with a lot of folks and altgough everyone was courteous it took a while to get the paperwork I was there for a 7:30am appointment and it was rush hour with a lot of folks and altgough everyone was courteous it took a while to get the paperwork done for the loaner car. As I have been a customer for years I don;t understand why my information is not file (cc and driver's license and insurance company). There needs to be an express check-in process. Otherwise service was very good! More

check engine light service I brought my car in as it was under warranty to have the check engine light message serviced. They had my car for 10 hours and when I went to pick up I brought my car in as it was under warranty to have the check engine light message serviced. They had my car for 10 hours and when I went to pick up the car I started the car and the check engine light was still on!! I went inside and told them and they said all the tech guys are gone for the day, First thing in the morning I received a text from my service advisor to bring the car back in to see why the light was on. I took it in and they had the car for 6 hours and said it was another fault sensor not like the first one.They fixed that and then there was no more sensor check light! A lot of running back and forth to the service center for 2 days. More
