Prompt and thorough service with excellent communication by Tom Lood. I shouldn’t be too surprised that a 5 year-old car needed more than Service A and that it all cost quite a few bucks. Friendly at 8am is always a great start. John was very knowledgeable of my service appointment and offered a courtesy car. I opted to wait it out in the fully stocked lounge.
