They kept my brand new wheel lock key that I ordered with a new set of wheels and gave me a old used beat up one. Then lied about it, told me that’s the one they use when I clearly handed the mechanic my ne a new set of wheels and gave me a old used beat up one. They never switch the two wheels that were on wrong reason I handed them the wheel lock in the first place. Overall second time coming here advisor and mechanics was nice way better than the first service I had. That time the advisor was rude and disrespectful to his employee! My score was based off me not getting my brand new wheel lock back which was not cheap ! More

Went in for an oil change and was told that I did not have the limit of miles reached to receive and oil change. They told me i needed 10k miles for my oil change, which was very interesting. After my ap have the limit of miles reached to receive and oil change. They told me i needed 10k miles for my oil change, which was very interesting. After my appointment they gave me a sheet that stated oil change for 5k miles as general maintenance. Definitely will be doing my own oil changes from now on, rather than risking damage to my engine. Synthetic oils only last between 5k-10k miles. Why would i wait the 10k miles to get it changed if it could be bad after 5k. More
