Much quicker thenMarin Mercedes. Tom McAfee finished the process by delivering my car and going over the workings and functions. I never felt rushed by him. It was James years ago that took the time as a salesman to sit me down and explain Ferrari ownership point by point and everything it entailed. That one conversation is why when I was finally ready to make my first purchase I made it at FoSF. Tom has been incredibly available and ready to help with getting everything I needed every step of the way. He took the time to make sure I could do delivery around my busy schedule and held the car until I was ready. He made sure my after market upgrade was done flawlessly before pickup and has been reachable with any questions I've had since I took delivery. Deanna is also incredibly lovely and just a pleasure to work with. She did a seamless and incredibly quick job with paperwork and registration even with some changes I needed. 5 stars all around. Looking forward to my next car from Ferrari of SF. More
