I went in for an oil change and after waiting for hour and half the guy finally lets me know my car is ready. As he’s reviewing everything he tells me my valve cover has a significant leak but didn’t let and half the guy finally lets me know my car is ready. They then proceeded to put “customer declined recommended repairs” I wasn’t notified that day that a significant repair was needed. They based the response off of a previous time I was there when I was told it didn’t need repair now but shortly. The only reason I declined it last time was due to me having to go to work so I didn’t have time to wait on the fix. I had ample time when I visited this time but after the guy telling me they automatically assumed I didn’t want the repair based off my last time there really put a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership. They used to be good. However they are no longer trustworthy. Initially i thought it was just clip on sunglasses and some coins. lator realized they got my 'car cell phone charger and adaptor. Who knows what else. Wont be back. More
