Stephen was great. I came in to test drive an Impreza and after talking with him about what I was looking for in a vehicle, I also test drove the Crosstrek too. We went I came in to test drive an Impreza and after talking with him about what I was looking for in a vehicle, I also test drove the Crosstrek too. We went over the differences between the two in side-by-side printouts which was really helpful for me for me to see visually. I never felt pressured into anything while I took a few days to make a final decision. I ended up going with the Crosstrek and he also suggested that I could see the colors in person again on the cars in the lot before making a final decision (which was helpful since I was going back and forth). He was patient while I had a challenging work schedule for picking up the car. Details and attention like that stood out and made it a very overall positive experience for me. Now I'm a first-time Subaru owner. More
