With a minimum of three Subaru dealerships closer to my home than Liberty Subaru, I choose to drive 45 minutes away to purchase a vehicle from Brian Goon. I spoke with Brian over the phone. I told him what it would take to “get the deal done.” His tone of voice was positive and upbeat showing willingness to work with me. He was a consummate professional. He put the deal together, over the phone. The first and only time I actually went to the dealership was to pick up the car. The deal I was met with was the exact deal we negotiated, no surprises. Absolutely amazing dealership! I have been looking here and there for a new car and the crosstrek caught my eye. I started my search at NY dealers and of course, they wanted me to go through the regular routine just to take numbers (come in, test drive, and provide me with a lecture about how the car market got to this point etc. to justify their price). I was recommended to Daniel Rovelli at Liberty Subaru through my girlfriends’ cousin, and it was well worth it. Now, I am in Long Island, NY, so naturally I emailed Daniel, and he responded right away and gave me options. If you know me, I asked a lot of questions and am very indecisive. But that did not affect my conversation with Daniel and after 60+ emails, he was still happy to address any queries and responded to me with respect and most importantly patience. Not a single day I felt like he was pressuring me to get into a lease or anything of that nature. Daniel, thank YOU so much for taking the time to work with me and to ensure all my questions were met. I couldn’t have been happier with my lease. I am amazed that there are individuals like Daniel who are so happy to take the time to ensure his customers are happy and put their needs first.
