Buying your first car on your own can be an intimidating and stressful experience. All the advice I've gotten over the years has always made it seem like you had to prep for battle before you even got into and stressful experience. All the advice I've gotten over the years has always made it seem like you had to prep for battle before you even got into the dealership. But I didn't get that feeling at Liberty Subaru. I walked in that first day, nervous and not even sure I wanted to deal with a pushy sales person that moment, only to be surprised by how warm and welcoming it was inside. John Clarke was sweet, funny, and patient with me as he answered all my questions that day. There wasn't a single inclination that I was expected to buy or sign for anything that moment. He was even up front about the fact that there was 99% likely to be a wait should I want a new car because it would've had to come straight from the factory in Japan (at the time of this review, the chip shortage is still a substantial factor in buying or leasing any new car in 2022). About a month later I came back in and made an order for a new 2022 Crosstrek. I waited for this car, and when I got that email letting me know that it was finally done and had arrived at the lot , I can tell you that it was well worth the wait. John walked me through every feature of this car, patiently answered all my questions (even the ones that I didn't think to ask!) and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I've personally worked 10+ years in customer service and I can absolutely say that the care and kindness this dealership invests in every guest that steps foot in their establishment is above and beyond what anyone expects and it pays off in every smile that they help create. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for me! More

I took advantage of Subaru’s Trade Up program to go from a 2018 Forester to a 2021 Forester. Brian Goon, who sold me my 2018 Forester, gave me a terrific trade in amount for my 2018 and gave me a great pri a 2018 Forester to a 2021 Forester. The transaction was seamless and Brian answered all questions about the new features on my new vehicle. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about those features and treated the transaction with patience and professionalism. I would recommend friends and family to seek him out if they are considering purchasing a Subaru vehicle. Tom Partee capably explained the appropriate paperwork necessary to effect the purchase. My experience with this dealership including sales and service is top notch. More

I came in knowing what I was looking for, John helped me compare few different trim levels from their inventory they had within my price range, got test drives and agreed on prices. All within less than 1hr. Came back 3 days later sat with Tom and the financing paperwork was all done within 30minutes. John gave me the full rundown of all the features on the car which was immaculately detailed and I was on my way. This was best buying experience. More

Best Subaru dealership! Not listing $3,000 over MSRP which is crazy like many dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Quinn when purchasing my Subaru Forester. Not listing $3,000 over MSRP which is crazy like many dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Quinn when purchasing my Subaru Forester. He is an amazing sales person and the best!!! He is very thorough and always very patient. He always calls you back and explains everything so there are no unwanted surprises. I get nervous when purchasing a big purchase and he makes me feel confident in the whole process. I have purchase other vehicles from him and will go back to him. Even after the purchase, he is always there. I have confidence in him and the dealership. I worked with Tom Portee on the finance end and he did not make me feel like I was being pressured. The two Toms acted like a TEAM and Together Everyone Achieved more. Well Done Liberty Subaru. More
