I had a pleasant and easy experience with Liberty Subaru when purchasing my new 2021 Crosstrek Premium. My sales person, Daniel Rovelli, was very knowledgeable of the Subaru vehicle line-up and of all of t when purchasing my new 2021 Crosstrek Premium. My sales person, Daniel Rovelli, was very knowledgeable of the Subaru vehicle line-up and of all of the features each model offered; this was extremely helpful with deciding which Subaru model and options were right for me, and would meet all of my requirements and needs while staying within my budget. Daniel arranged test drives with each model I was interested in; he was pleasant and he took the time to review each vehicle with me, explain the options, standard and optional, show them to me and discuss their benefits and prices and discuss which ones would meet my needs and budget. He showed me each model and trim package and helped me find the perfect model with the options I needed within my established budget. Daniel placed the order, followed up with me with the expected shipping dates and Daniel along with Tom helped to finalize my financing and got me the rates and terms I was pleased with. Overall this was a very pleasant and easy purchase from start to finish. I highly recommend Daniel Rovelli and Liberty Subaru in Emerson NJ. After purchasing and leasing multiple vehicles throughout my adult life; I can honestly say that this was the first a sales person and dealership was not trying to rush the sale; they took their time and explained everything to me and made sure that I was happy and getting what I needed, they offered me an excellent price and finance rate; even though other dealers were not willing to negotiate due to the pandemic; Liberty did and gave me a fair price. Daniel even took the time to review my car and all of its options with me on the date of delivery and pick-up; he reviewed every single option that my car is equipped with the day I picked it up, where each control was located, and what they do; he even linked my cell phone to the car, set up my Apple Car Play and my MySubaru App and account. He ensured everything was taken care of and that I was happy before I pulled off of their lot. He even checked in a few days after the sale to confirm how things were and if I had any questions or concerns.
