Liberty Subaru was not the first Subaru dealership that we visited with the intent of purchasing a 2021 Subaru Outback. In fact, we only actually visited the dealership to try and compare the prices that w we visited with the intent of purchasing a 2021 Subaru Outback. In fact, we only actually visited the dealership to try and compare the prices that we were given at another dealership. We were so glad that we stopped by because we ended up loving what Liberty Subaru was offering. Our sales consultant was Nilsson Guzman. As a first-time buyer of a car, I was unfamiliar with how these kinds of deals go. Nilsson was extremely helpful with the process. He gave us a price that was extremely hard to beat, that we even opted to upgrade our purchase from the base version to the premium one. When we decided to upgrade our stereo system to the Rockford Fosgate, he allowed us to listen to the stereo system of his own car, equipped with the very same audio system we were interested in. This made the decision to purchase the system, a much easier decision. He was very direct with what we were trying to buy, and there was not any kind of non-sense in the sales nor in the list of items that we would have to pay for. It was the kind of honesty and straightforwardness that we appreciated more after having gone over the prices from Liberty Subaru and another Subaru dealership. I love the Outback Premium that we purchased from Liberty Subaru. The whole buying experience was comfortable and not at all difficult. The Business Manager, Tom Portee, was also extremely helpful in giving us a great deal as well as facilitating the whole process. Everyone in Liberty really know how to make someone into a part of their family there. I wholeheartedly recommend Liberty Subaru and will go to them again should I or someone else in my family, require a purchase of a new car. More
