My experience overall was good while purchasing a Crosstrek Premium. Tom Portee was excellent and put me at ease since I was a little anxious on a big purchase. Liberty's pricing was excellent from the get go - there was no requirement for haggling since their quote was extremely competitive, not just on the vehicle, but also on the documentation fees as well as the extended warranty coverage pricing. I would recommend Liberty over atleast half a dozen Subaru Dealerships in Upper NJ. More

Great! I recently purchased a 2017 Legacy and the whole process was pretty smooth. John Clarke did a great job with communication and assisted me with the set up of the car after we'd gotten it signed over process was pretty smooth. There were a few hiccups along the way, but that was mostly my fault and I can't blame them for that. They did accommodate for my errors and it was a great experience. I cannot stress enough how friendly everyone was and how great the whole process was made. It took a few hours, but it really didn't feel like it and I was kept in the loop for every step of the way. The price was high, but with the service, condition of the car, and the support, it was definitely a fair price. More
