The experience was superb, all the people I worked with were professional and more than helpful and understanding—even when I momentarily (for 3 months) wavered between two models. For the past 4 years I happily brought my car to be serviced at Liberty. In July Liberty sent me a note suggesting that I might want to consider trading my car in for a new car. I had never thought of it. I loved my Outback, but I became intrigued. I’m getting shorter, and I felt that the Forester might be better for me. I called Liberty and once again they were the most professional, helpful, accommodating group I’ve ever dealt with. In seconds we agreed on a price. Chris is my dealer and he carefully, painstakingly, walked me through every step of the procedure. He couldn’t have been more considerate and obliging, constructive in his suggestions. And when I picked up my car on Saturday, Chris sat with me—guessing that I’m not that great with computers--to make sure I understood each and every aspect of the dials and electronics. And he made it clear I can call him at any time with questions. It’s obvious that Chris and his colleagues really like working there, they are proud to work there—and they want to make sure their customers are happy. I am. I love my Forester. I initially spoke with Brian Goon over the phone, who was able to help me find a couple of vehicles that met my requirements. Brian had a conflict so Chris Armentano took over and the positive experience continued. Chris was very patient with me and really educated me on Subarus as I have never owned one. I never felt pressured by him and he made me feel like he was truly on my side. Dan Cohen also helped me get the buying process started once I made the decision. They made sure the car was cleaned up nice for me and filled it up before I came to take her home. As much as you'd like to forget the person who takes your money, Tom was great to work with as well. He was very personable and didn't make handing the check over so bad. I can't express how much better the experience here was for me compared to other dealerships. I haven't owned my car for 24 hours yet but am confidant that I am in good hands going forward. I definitely recommend these guys. More
