Surprisingly great experience! I was dreading going through the leasing experience again (after a terrible one with the Subaru in Morristown, NJ). As my lease was coming to an end, I was dreading going through the leasing experience again (after a terrible one with the Subaru in Morristown, NJ). As my lease was coming to an end, I met with Brian Goon at Liberty, who suggested I extend my lease (I didn't know I could even do that!!) and wait for the 2020 Subaru models. I am so glad I took his advice. Brian helped me through this whole process with clear communication and honesty. I never felt rushed, or like I was getting a bad deal financially. In fact, I was given many options when it came to adjusting my budget for the new lease, and I am more knowledgable of the leasing/financing process because of this. The day I turned in my old car for the new one, was one of the busier ones for the dealership. Despite that, I was given first hand attention by multiple employees, and Brian took as much time as needed to make sure I was well-adjusted and knowledgable of my new car and its features. The experience was so stress-free, and I am a very happy customer. More

Just leased/bought Subaru number 13 from this dealership I have been leasing vehicles from Liberty Subaru since 2001, including sequentially 5 foresters and 2 crosstreks for me, an impreza and two crosstreks I have been leasing vehicles from Liberty Subaru since 2001, including sequentially 5 foresters and 2 crosstreks for me, an impreza and two crosstreks for my son, a used Mazda (which Liberty took back to allow me to buy an impreza for my daughter, and a crosstrek for my daughter. In addition, we do all of our vehicle service at Liberty. I live in Englewood and I drive past two other subaru dealerships to get to Liberty, why, you may ask...because of how simple, low stress, and low pressure the car leasing/buying experience is at Liberty. I have never had an employee give me a hard sell, everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, it is super easy to schedule service, turning my leased car in and picking up a new vehicle (as we have done 11 times) is incredibly simple. Everyone in finance makes the process incredibly pain free, it took me essentially 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and drive out with my new crosstrek, Dave and Tom were incredibly easy to work with.. Finally, Dan has always been incredibly fair and honest. Hopefully the 14th car will be free (just kidding Dan)! More
