My loyalty is to Liberty of Emerson for one main reason. Customer Service. The minute you walk in or call you are treated like family. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Quinn on previous purchases for myself and a family member. He is a veteran of the business and a great source of information. I'm glad he's back at Liberty. This go around i was introduced to Anthony Cirillo, a "rookie" to the biz. Well, despite his greenness to car sales, he's got several things nailed down. Customer care, timely followup and a Can Do attitude. He's a quick study and I'm sure he will do well with the Liberty Family in the future. Tom Portee finalized the paperwork with efficiency and friendliness as usual. Thanks for the great experience again, love our new Forester. More
