Liberty Subaru had the exact model Limited we had researched! Dan Lidestri was very kind and professional to us throughout. And his supervisors Dan Cohen quickly gave us the awesome 100k Milage plan. Been back there for our complementary oil change and was out within 30 minutes by Sareen and Chris. Parts guys Rus and Ray were fast and fair. That whole part of NJ is always wonderful to visit too. Ed Vogel at Liberty Subaru, was no stereotype. Overall it was a great easy experience. He thoroughly explained all my options after giving him my budget and my needs. He was very patient answering all of the questions I had. Responding with thorough and honest answers that were easy for me to understand (I'm definitely not an expert Tom Portee, in the finance department helped me understand, clearly and concisely, the financing options available to me and guided me towards the best one for my circumstances. He explained the differences in options between the 2018 Crosstrek Premium and the Limited Edition. There is absolutely no Sales Pressure at Liberty. You know what Vehicle you want when you come in, so the Vehicle sells itself. I would recommend Dan Lidestri to my friends. Dan treats you like a friend, not as a Salesman. Tom Portee was knowledgeable about the business side of buying. Tom explained everything to me, including the 8 year/80000 mile extended Warranty which is an excellent deal! I bought my 2018 Crosstrek with a Personal Check, most Dealers would ask for a Cashiers Check. Tom is a very friendly guy. I can see why this Dealership is so popular with buyers. Just watch their Commercial on TV. Everything that is said is true, and Dan Lidestri, Tom Portee, and others are in the Commercial. More
