I worked with Jeff and Tom throughout the process, and I have to admit I'm still surprised how smoothly it all went. There was no haggling or upselling. I told Jeff what I was looking for and they had the exact car on the lot. The final number even came in under what I was expecting which made my wife happy. Both Jeff and Tom were extremely knowledgable and friendly. The whole process (from walking in to driving out with my brand new car) was complete in about 2.5 hours. If the car performs half as well as the service so far, I will certainly be doing business with them again. More
