Smooth Transition I walked into liberty for the first time shopping for a used SUV. A sales rep introduced himself and through past experiences with car dealers my guar I walked into liberty for the first time shopping for a used SUV. A sales rep introduced himself and through past experiences with car dealers my guard was up. I didn't want to be sold a car I wanted to be educated on what he had available in a price range that I was comfortable with. In less than 10 minutes we walked through the lot, picked out a car, took a test drive and discussed the benifits of the Subaru Forester vs the other models that they had. He also asked what else I was looking at and instead of telling me that the Honda was not as good as the Subaru he went over the benifits of the Subaru's breaking system, high performance engine and things that upgraded the car. We went back to the desk, crunched numbereds and I told him I'll call him later. After visiting one other dealer and a cold shower I called them back and told him that I needed an xm/Sirius radio that the car didn't come with and I'd have to look for another car. He called back in 5 minutes and offered 2 options for the SUV that I test drive. The next day I came in to buy the car sat down with the business manager Tom Portee and within 5 minutes the price quoted by Ed was the same price as Tom, whom made this transition a great experience. Got a new car and saved money They said in an email to me that if I came in and traded in my 2015 for a 2017 they would reduce my monthly payment. However, he wasn't available on the day that we were going to Liberty Subaru, so he referred us to Jeff Miletta. Mr. Miletta's disposition, knowledge and professionalism is noteworthy. The experience was very positive and he was very easy to engage with. He answered all of our questions, and made the entire process "stress free".
