It was my first time time financing a car on my own (I’m 23 yrs old) and he made me feel very comfort my price range with the best features possible. It was my first time time financing a car on my own (I’m 23 yrs old) and he made me feel very comfortable with the process. He wasn’t at all pushy and he paid close attention to detail with my concerns. Initially I was interested in a 2019 Civic LX and he suggested that I looked into a 2019 Civic EX because it would have a better resale value down the road, and it actually had way more features than the one I initially was looking at. He worked long and hard with his team (Jack, and the GM Don) to make sure that the price range would be affordable for me. We ended up doing a lease that is perfectly in range of what I was looking for in a monthly note. I really appreciate him making my first car financing experience a great one. I am in love with my new car, and I would highly recommend Tom for anyone looking for pleasant car financing experience :-) More

High pressure sales? Non existent. Shady dealings and tactics? Non existent. It’s clear that Tom’s focus is to get you into the car you want as pain free as possible. Frankly, I trust him and Valley as much as I do friends and family. How often can you say that about a dealership and sales team? It’s clear that Tom’s bottom line is to treat people fairly and lead with integrity, which in the long run, will keep them coming back again and again. I would know - I just bought my 3rd car from him! On a side note, AFTER I purchased my car Tom and the inventory manger (Shawn) noticed very light scratches on the window after it was detailed. They pulled me aside and offered to replace the entire window on the house. I had already paid for the car... talk about honest.
