My wife and I live in Columbus, OH. Our 24 year old daughter (Claire) lives in Indianapolis, IN. Claire found a 2020 RAV4 XLE Premium online and called Ashlie to inquire. Ashlie was very responsive and replied with accurate and helpful information - even after regular business hours. My wife and I met Claire in Lima, OH to test drive the car. When we arrived, the RAV4 was inside a heated garage. It had been washed and detailed. We were able to inspect it, inside-and-out, in a comfortable setting, on a 20 degree day. After the test drive, Claire decided to buy it but had a "walk-away price" that was fair to both parties. Ashlie brought Tom (sales floor manager) into the conversation. He provided comparable sales data, was not pushy, and honestly did a fabulous job of making Claire's first car-buying experience, a very positive one. We were $400 dollars apart on the final sale price. Tom was so sincere about making it right for Claire that he agreed to sell the RAV4 at her walk-away price. I could not have been more pleased with the way Tom and Ashlie treated my daughter, my wife, and me. They were polite, respectful and professional - every step of the way. I would highly recommend this dealership based on Claire's very positive, first-time experience. Josh (the finance manager) also did a great job. Thank you very much! More
