Outstanding experience with Liberty Subaru as a dealership, entire process has been very smooth and easy. What stood out the most is the fact that during "seller's market" with limited inventory t dealership, entire process has been very smooth and easy. What stood out the most is the fact that during "seller's market" with limited inventory there was no attempt to take advantage. Of course price was a bit higher than during "normal" times but I still bought the car below MSRP when many dealerships were charging thousands more. On top of that there was no need to bargain as initial quote was very good. Both Tom Quinn in sales and Tom Portee in finance were outstanding, absolutely nothing that I can think of that could have been done better! More

Very pleasant experience buying my first ‘new’ car. Tom was wonderful when I first stepped into the dealership and had no idea what I was looking for. He was friendly informative and not pushy. He listened to my needs and wants and paired me with a great little Crosstrek. I loved it but was still shopping around and comparing prices. I came back a month later ready to take the plunge. Really smooth process with Tom answering all my questions. I had to order the Crosstrek and wait for it to come in. Tom was truthful about the wait period and kept me up to date through the entire wait process. I really appreciated the time he took with me. Thank you for the lovely experience can’t wait to drive my Crosstrek around now. More
