My New 2018 Crosstrek This is a least my 6th car (over many years) from Liberty Subaru in Emerson. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. He was helpful, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided very detailed information regarding my new car. Dan Cohen is a great manager and is always available to answer questions. He makes the negotiations easy. The other individuals I dealt with were all courteous and helpful. Thank you Liberty Subaru! More

Bought 2018 Outback We were in the market to replace our SUV and test drove the 2018 Outback in both the four and six cylinder models. Worked with Tom Quinn to understand all the vehicle options via a thorough, professional and no pressure experience. We went with the 3.6R six cylinder model as it is an outstanding piece of engineering, technology, style and performance. No buyer's remorse as the agreed price was fair and equitable to both us and Liberty. Finance terms and warranty options were thoroughly explained in a professional and no pressure environment by Tom Portee. We have bought a lot of cars, this experience was top notch, in fact a pleasure. More

Second time around is a charm ! Just purchased our second certified "New" car from Liberty. We dealt with Jeff Miletta, Sales and Tom Portee, Finance, Jeff was patient and understo Just purchased our second certified "New" car from Liberty. We dealt with Jeff Miletta, Sales and Tom Portee, Finance, Jeff was patient and understood our needs for a second vehicle till we found our Gem, went through the features on the car upon pick up. During the finance process Tom was fabulous, explained everything in detail and the process went very smooth (including a couple of laughs). Dan Cohen, Dealership manager - makes sure his staff delivers the highest customer service possible. To sum it up, Liberty is an honest dealership with a great product and friendly staff. More

Best car shopping experience ever! I leased a new Subaru Legacy from Liberty Subaru with the assistance of Tom Quinn and it was the best car shopping experience I ever had. I leased 8 c I leased a new Subaru Legacy from Liberty Subaru with the assistance of Tom Quinn and it was the best car shopping experience I ever had. I leased 8 cars over the last 14 years from Volkswagen, BMW, and Nissan. This is my first Subaru, my first experience with Liberty Subaru and I will be back. Tom and Liberty Subaru not only provided me with the best price for the car I was seeking (I visited several other Subaru dealers in northern New Jersey) but were also completely professional during the whole process. There were no surprises, no aggressive sales tactics and the whole car shopping experience was very pleasant as I was never pressured to do something that I was not interested in. Tom and even the finance rep Dave Finkel did provide me with options that apply to my specific needs and I really appreciate that. Nevertheless, my brother also drives a new Subaru and informed me after the fact that he has been taking his car for service for years to Liberty Subaru and that his experience aligns with my positive experience. In particular, he informed me that the Liberty Subaru service team is the beast one in northern New Jersey because they provide high quality work while being really fast. We take our cars very seriously and only trust these guys for an honest, sincere and pleasant experience every time! The whole team starting from sales, finance, parts, to service go above and beyond for their customers as if every one of them are part of their own family.
