The sales rep was very courteous and was very concerned with keeping us dry and warm. After driving two vehicles we made our decision and met with another sales rep. to finish the deal. The whole experience was very pleasant and seamless. My compliments to management, sale reps Brent and Tom, Financial rep Brett and Claire the customer service specialist. Product knowledge and customer service is very visible and my wife and I enjoyed doing business with such good people. Oh and on our way out the Executive Manager personally came out and thanked us for our business. Nice. More

He prepared a lot of paperwork prior to our arrival making the paper signing process quick and pain-free. Brett was a joy to work while signing papers; and Claire was an absolutely wealth of knowledge showing us all the audio features and other options on our new Outback. I would highly recommend Shingle Springs Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. You all ROCK!!! More

We live in Sacramento but will consider bringing our car up here to be serviced just because of the experience we had! We've purchased a lot of cars and have never had such an easy and enjoyable (all except spending the money) experience as we had here! More

First time buyer, lifetime customer I have been researching cards for at least 6 months. I decided on a Subaru for many reasons. Other Subaru owners cemented my decision, saying they wo I have been researching cards for at least 6 months. I decided on a Subaru for many reasons. Other Subaru owners cemented my decision, saying they would never own any other car. I stopped by Shingle Springs Subaru back in January to just see what they had. Tom Rockenbaugh greeted me, answered all my questions and never pressured me. He told me he knew I'd be back when I was ready to buy. He was right! I went to test drive the models I was considering (either a Crosstrek or a Legacy). I had decided that the only way I would even consider doing business that day was if they could get me into the exact car I wanted for no more than 4% over dealer invoice and the percentage rate that I had in my head. It turns out they were able to do both without my even having to negotiate! I honestly never felt pressured and I always felt that my concerns were addressed with honesty, from Tom to Brett the finance guy. Every person I have ever seen at that dealership has been professional, helpful and always has a smile on his/her face, ready to help. I just bought my first Subaru from Shingle Springs Subaru and I am now a lifetime Subaru owner who will be doing business with Shingle Springs Subaru from now on! More
