I never felt pressured (like that typical car buying experience) into making a decision...their goal was sincerely trying to make sure we got the right car. Negotiating a deal typicality is a stressful experience...not so with this group, they worked with me and gave me a great deal. They never said "No" to me in any context. I feel they will go above and beyond to make you happy. I want to say that James was exceptional. He is engaging and sensitive to your needs. Audi is lucky to have him. More

James Sirenne was extremely professional since we started weeks prior over phone and email. Brought in a buddy because of the great service! Additionally, James was happy to accommodate bringing me and my buddy to Mercedes next door to open more options. Ultimately, we kept coming back to Audi. Although Audi Silver Spring is the furthest Audi dealership for me coming from Arlington, I got my vehicle from there because of their professionalism and service. Keep it up, guys! More
