I purchased a Q5 Audi from silver spring Audi in July 2021. My sales person was Rich Brickers. In the beginning he was persistent and seemed like he was on top of things and overall a nice guy. I began to see the quality of my service decline consistently once I purchased the car (which I picked up a week later). I was not given a car manual until about 2 months after my purchase, I still till this day have not been given my second set of keys after numerous requests and I have had the car for 6 months. I remember signing the papers in the finance guys office and he said not one single word to me the whole time and gave off the vibe that he would rather be anywhere else but there. My sales experience at this dealership definitely has me in buyers remorse mode, wishing I had stuck with the Mercedes instead and I am thinking of trading in. I will give a shout out to Tom who was extremely responsive in Rich's absence and helped answers a lot of my questions. More

Excellent Dealership, I live in Rockville but preferred to drive 30 minutes to purchase new Audi SQ5 from Rockville Silver Spring, Richard Bicker and Tom Schweiss, Sales Manager are so great from the first to drive 30 minutes to purchase new Audi SQ5 from Rockville Silver Spring, Richard Bicker and Tom Schweiss, Sales Manager are so great from the first day of our engagement until final delivery day. Since the car was in back order and delay due to Covid, Richard Bickers has been follow up in the Audi system and kept me up to date weekly on the status. The finance person also make everything easy during the financing as well. I was able to get everything done and drove out of there in an hour.
