His friendly salesmanship and genuine interest in wanting to know just what type of vehicle I was looking for is what sold me. I originally was going to buy a used truck, but Cody convinced me that with the sales incentives Ford offers, I could afford a new Ford truck with all the warranties that goes with buying brand new!! Cody is a great asset to Joe Machens sales and I was more than pleased with his service and knowledge. Tom Stegeman, goes without saying is the best! My husband and I have known Tom for many years through many purchases of Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. Tom directed me to Chris Wiedmier who really worked the best deal and found a loan I could really work with and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with Chris. My experience was excellent all the way around and I would direct my friends to no where else but to Joe Machens for the best deals, the best service, and the best vehicles around!! The transaction was a bit complicated, since it involved a buyer and bank in one state, the dealer in another, and registering the vehicle in a third state. It took time and patience on the part of our salesperson, Brad Kellerman, as well as Terry Bradshaw and Tom Stegeman. They were flexible and professional every step of the way. The paperwork and delivery in Jefferson City were efficient and straightforward. It already tells you a lot that we carefully researched available Lincoln MKTs in an 800-mile radius from where we live, and found that Machens had the best deal. We drove more than 750 miles (each way) to complete this transaction, and couldn't be happier that we did. The car is even nicer than we had expected. And our total costs, including the weekend trip, were less than we would have paid for the same model much closer to home. Plus, we got to see some of the Ozarks! More

Terry explained the extended warranty options, but did not pressure me into purchasing any of the extended warranty's. Tom, a friend and high school classmate, put me in contact with Randy and helped me decide between two models I was considering. I purchased a Ford Focus and absolutely love it.
