I can not overstate what a pleasure it is doing business with Tom. Personable, low pressure, an encyclopedic knowledge of the product (and process) and timely updates at every stage of the transaction. You always feel that Tom is looking out for you, the customer, as his first priority. Settlement was, again, a quick and pleasant process. Rebecca "Becky" Kosar, the F and I manager, makes one aware of all the the usual "add-ons" but leaves it up to the customer which ( if any) to choose, a far cry from most dealerships' hard sell efforts with such products.
