People were very efficent n helpful. Had a car to get me to. Friendly, efficent, had a car to drive to and from work. Effective Considerate to my needs, dashboard flashing, 2 drivers, two separate jobs, same vehicle... needed solution fast! Not satisfied with this last service performed . I've used this service center in the past for oil changes and tire rotations . I've also brought my Jeep Wrangler in now 2 x for water leaks coming fr I've used this service center in the past for oil changes and tire rotations . I've also brought my Jeep Wrangler in now 2 x for water leaks coming from freedom roof and front doors . The condition in which my jeep was delivered back to me had me very aggravated. This service was performed for water leaks and it took a week to get vehicle back partly due to technician having to take two days off so vehicle just sat there waiting . The night I picked up vehicle thenwindows were completely fogged up , Due to moisture in jeep. I found water on all 4 Rubber mats carpets were soaked front and back and rubber mats were left sitting on wet carpet. Seat belt was soaked as well. I was also charged for tire rotation when I had a free one coming . I ran vehicle for 1.5 hours that night to dry carpets and that didn't Resolve issue. I called service manager and he said I could bring it in the following week to have water extracted but at this point I needed to do something myself . By Sunday front carpets were frozen to the floor !! I attempted to take carpets out but couldn't unbolt seat to lift remaining carpet so I ended up ripping the carpet out .. I was that frustrated as I've had a moldy smell in carpets from last water leak in summer . I was also told this is common for jeep wranglers from dealership . I just can't believe this is acceptable or that jeep has never resolved this issue . I'm Very upset that they found this acceptable to deliver vehicle in this condition .service manager was willing to credit acct for tire rotation charge but I said just to add rotation to my service plan . More
