Came in with lots of anger as was just informed my transmission was trashed..I had allot of mixed feeling and was not sure about buying another Chevrolet After talking to Tom and Bill Preston I realiz transmission was trashed..I had allot of mixed feeling and was not sure about buying another Chevrolet After talking to Tom and Bill Preston I realized I was taking my anger out on the wrong people and that they were trying to help me not hurt me..Tom went out of his way to find us what we wanted and Bill Preston did his best to get us the best interest rate and every possible rebate..and like to put a word in for Mark in the Ford house did all the loan papers and was down to earth about what I really needed..I am sorry I stayed away from this dealer for so many years they all are great people and like a family..I honestly believe they would do anything they could to make sure you are happy..No games with this dealership all honesty..Great job Tom you got my business and you did a fantastic job..Thank You to all the Preston family there you took anger people and turned them to happy people...A++ More
