I was in the market for a certified GMC truck. I live in RI and I came across the "one" at Preston in OH. After a brief chat with Tom Z in sales and Dylan in finance, I took a flight out to Cleveland. Pres RI and I came across the "one" at Preston in OH. After a brief chat with Tom Z in sales and Dylan in finance, I took a flight out to Cleveland. Preston even offered to have a driver ready for me in at the airport. Arriving at the dealership I saw my soon to be truck in the lot. Not only was the truck completely detailed, but it looked even better in person. What sealed the deal was the expertise and ability to relate to Tom and Dylan. I could swear we were friends or knew each-other. I would recommend Preston to anyone in the area or even in my case, willing to travel. Thank you for making this a great experience! More

Jason did an excellent job helping me find the vehicle with what I wanted and needed. Even though he is a “Kia Client Manager”, he was able to help me get into a new Chevy.
