I reached out to Adam Figueroa, and we discussed my experience. He was very professional. I felt like he truly cared about what happened, and in my mind he did right by me. He reimbursed me for my flight down to pick up my car. He also said if I needed anything in the future to contact him. I did, and he took care of the issue within hours. What started out as a very disappointing experience has renewed my faith that there is still such a thing as good customer service. It’s easy when things go right, but the true test is when things do not. Adam did not disappoint.
