We found exactly what we were looking for at Shottinkirk Honda in Cartersville. Travis Amos was outstanding as a salesman. No pressure. Incredibly informed (and he had only been in sales a month!). What he didn't know immediately, he found out quickly. His service focus and people-centered personality was an all-around WIN! And Tommy in finance and sales was an excellent part of the team serving us. The service department also did a great job in quickly taking care of a few service needs and Ginger in service was a joy to work with. We are glad to be a satisfied customer. More

When I purchased the pre-owned white 2019 Honda CR-V EXL from Shottenkirk Honda on August 3, 2022, I noticed the windshield was cracked. I was promised it was fixed and will not be a big problem when I'm dr from Shottenkirk Honda on August 3, 2022, I noticed the windshield was cracked. I was promised it was fixed and will not be a big problem when I'm driving the car. The shop said it was sealed and is as good as new despite the crack being present. This was not acceptable to me. The sales manager told me I will be able to get it replaced during my first service, which he scheduled for February 3rd, 2023 with an oil change and other checks. I had to reschedule the service to February 11th. When I arrived at the shop, I was told I would be able to have the car serviced, but the windshield will cost $700.00 to replace, but will be split half and half, which means the shop will pay $350.00 and I will have to pay $350.00 out of pocket. The sales manager had scheduled my service with the note “fix windshield” for 6 months later, the shop pointed out the service should have been done within 30 days of the purchase, and it is to fix windshield not replace. I believed your sales manager when he said the windshield would be fixed at my service appointment that he scheduled, regardless of what the shop said when I arrived. Also, I do not understand why the term “fix windshield” would have been put down if the windshield is already fixed. I purchased this car because I believed it would be in perfect condition, and the windshield would have been replaced so it is not cracked, I am not comfortable with the fact that the windshield have been cracked already, and as I told the sales manager at the time – I would not have purchased the car without it being fixed ( Meaning there would be no crack), in other words replaced. I was promised to get a call by Wednesday which would be 02/15/2023 from the management to figure out this issue. However I didn't get any phone call since then. The only word I can say is CHEATER. More

My family and I are from NC and were in the market for a new vehicle. The Pilot ended up being what we wanted and the search began. The dealership was a pleasure to work with from a distance. My family and I drove into town and spent the night before visiting the dealership. With prior experience at other dealerships, I had concerns about whether there would be last minute changes to our trade value or the sale price of the 2023 Pilot. There were no surprises at all! We completed the transaction and it was as close to a perfect experience as it could be. I credit Kayman, Tommy, and Brittany for making it the best automobile purchase I've had (and there have been a number of them). I highly recommend them! More

Great experience with the salesperson. I plan to go back to her again and the sales manager was also very helpful with explaining how things worked and why the number were what they were. This was my second time buying a car and compared to that experience these guys were 200x better. Finance department was a bit more push with attempting to get me to buy the extended warranties etc but that’s there job I guess. More
