I bought a new Ford Escape from salesman Tony Aiello at Sayville Ford in Feb 2019. At the time I found a small interior fabric defect on the day after I picked up the car. Tony arranged to have it repair Sayville Ford in Feb 2019. At the time I found a small interior fabric defect on the day after I picked up the car. Tony arranged to have it repaired right in my driveway! Fast forward two and a half years later. I unfortunately had a major factory defect warranty repair which would lay up my car for quite some time. I was having no luck with the service dept or Ford Corporate as far as getting a loaner vehicle. After more than two weeks I was out of options. It occurred to me to try one last thing. I emailed Tony and within hours he had a loaner car reserved for me. How often would that happen? You reach out to the salesman that sold you the car and2 1/2 years later and he still helps you out. Tony is the best! If anyone is considering a Ford PLEASE look up Tony Aiello at Sayville Ford. He is an old school guy, not many left. the last time I wrote a review I said I'd give him ten stars if I could. I'm up to 15 stars now!! CALL TONY!! I'm giving Sayville ford the benefit of the doubt with 4 stars due to supply chain issues etc. they lost the fifth star because I went three weeks without a loaner until I spoke to Tony Aiello. More

I didn’t think I wound find a better car than my 2017 Ford Explorer. But We did. Our new Ford Explorer! Tony Aiello and Tim the finance manager were excellent to work with. This was my 3rd ford dealership. I knew I wanted a Ford Explorer and I knew I didnt want white, black, or grey. Tony was so helpful, kind and not pushy. He was extremely easy going I knew I wanted a Ford Explorer and I knew I didnt want white, black, or grey. Tony was so helpful, kind and not pushy. He was extremely easy going and made the decision to buy form Sayville Ford a breeze. If I'm ever in the market again I know exactly where I'm heading. Tom the finance Manager made the final part of signing the paperwork less stressful. Thank you to everyone who's helped me purchase my first new car in about 20 years! More
