As usual great service. Whenever I’m there for service I am treated like I’m part of my extended family. Joe, Maurice and all the behind the scenes mechanics who do the work, great job. My last visit was for an emergency situation...my car just died while sitting on the driveway. I attempted to get Roadside assistance but the Roadside app led me to Sarant Service directly. I spoke to Sa just died while sitting on the driveway. I attempted to get Roadside assistance but the Roadside app led me to Sarant Service directly. I spoke to Sarant svc to alert them my car will be brought there. Meanwhile I got the car started with a jump but noticed that the Check Engine light was on. I called Sarant service back and told them the situation and they said to bring the car immediately so they can capture the code for the check engine light. I made it to the service area and was once again met with "my friends" in the service dept. Joe Mistretta, Tony DiGiuseppe all assisted during my visit . A new battery was installed and I was on my way in less than an hour. This service department by far is the best I ever dealt with. Go to Sarant to purchase with Anthony Soriano then get service there and ask for Joe Mistretta or Tony D..you will have a great experience More

Kristen our salesperson was absolutely wonderful.She was very nice and extremely helpful in getting the deal that my wife and I were very happy with towards our 2021 Cadillac XT5.There was no sales pressure very nice and extremely helpful in getting the deal that my wife and I were very happy with towards our 2021 Cadillac XT5.There was no sales pressure at all and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Vic in the finance department was also very nice and helpful as well. The service department however was another issue.My XT5 had a rattle in the interior of the vehicle and after 2 separate visits to the service department to repair the vehicle the noise is still there.After my first visit the service department did not have a copy of the repair order so that I was unable to see how they repaired the vehicle. Tony my service advisor said that Joe the service manager would e-mail me a copy of the repair order yet after 2 days had passed I still did not receive a copy of the repair order.I called the service department and spoke to Joe the service manager and he told me that Tony the service advisor would e-mail a copy of the repair order.I asked Joe the manager while I had him on the phone what was the repair for the rattle and he told me that it was coming from the instrument cluster. Another day had passed and still no copy of the repair order.My wife called the service department and spoke to Joe the service manager and said that we have not received a copy of the repair order.Joe told my wife that Tony was supposed to e-mail to me a copy. Finally after 3 days had passed and multiple phone calls I received the repair order.The repair stated that the rattle was coming from the glove box and that they tightend the glove box latch even thought I was told by Joe the manager that the noise was coming from the instrument cluster. When i brought my vehicle in the second time to be fixed for the same complaint Tony the service advisor called me and said the car was fixed and that I can come to pick up the car.The service department closes at 4:30 and i arrived at 4:13.The service receptionist handed me a copy of the repair order and told me to sign it.I was reading the repair order first to see what was done and I guess I did not sign it fast enough for her she told me sign the repair order again.Very unprofessional.Tony the service advisor and Joe the service manager were sitting in the service department and completely ignored my wife and I.Neither one of them came over to us to at the very least go over the repair order. The service receptionist told me that my car was right in the front.The car was parked in the parking lot so far that i had to press the horn button on my key fob to find it.There was the plastic seat cover,paper floor mat and the service number inside the car which should have been removed. The repair order stated road tested vehicle and could not duplicate customer's concern on line 1. On line 2 it was stated that both rear seat bolts were tightened. Road tested ok. If you could not duplicate the noise on line 1 why were the rear seat bolts tightened. I would not recommend Savant Cadillac for anyone to purchase a car not because of the sales department but if you have to bring your car in for service good luck. . More

This was our first Cadillac lease.Both the dealership and salesperson were excellent.Dina was knowledgeable,friendly and very helpful in all areas.When we picked up the car she went over everything and made salesperson were excellent.Dina was knowledgeable,friendly and very helpful in all areas.When we picked up the car she went over everything and made the transition from another car very easy.Dina also worked out a very good deal for us.I would highly recommend Dina if your thinking about getting a new Cadillac. More
