Had a scheduled service appointment, first time at this dealership. Very professional, friendly and sincere. The service writer Tony already had a loaner vehicle available for me but I decided to wait for dealership. Very professional, friendly and sincere. Terrible!! Did not repair what we initially brought the vehicle in for (2 new Headlight assemblies). Almost 4K later and 6 days later, we still don’t have new lights. A thousand dollar patch job was done w vehicle in for (2 new Headlight assemblies). Almost 4K later and 6 days later, we still don’t have new lights. A thousand dollar patch job was done with the wrong replacement parts, plus some lights are still out and full of water. Furthermore, Tony put words in my mouth when speaking to my wife(all lies). Sorry, I communicate with high level researchers for a living. I always know what I said, and in this case what Tony is lying avout. I was able to get a new tire installed almost immediately without an appointment. Tony made it happen and hewas great in every way. The oil change was seamless. I used my Cadillac rewards to pay for it. Everyone was polite and very helpful. Well worth the trip. They also happily affixed my replacement registration sticker.
