I was able to get a new tire installed almost immediately without an appointment. Tony made it happen and hewas great in every way. The oil change was seamless. I used my Cadillac rewards to pay for it. Everyone was polite and very helpful. Well worth the trip. They also happily affixed my replacement registration sticker. After diagnoses,Tony said a specific car repair was needed and once fixed the same problem still happened or it was poorly completed. Finally, I went to the other cadillac dealer, After paid($170.60) f needed and once fixed the same problem still happened or it was poorly completed. Finally, I went to the other cadillac dealer, After paid($170.60) for secondary diagnoses, I found the same code number which was performed by the first merchant(Sarant Cadillac). In fact, the service was poorly completed & was not performed or promised by Sarant Cadillac. So the reason same problem persisted. But Tony still charged me $2702.05. More
