I flew from Denver to Fargo to work with Luther for two reasons: 1. Better market for buying 4x4. 2. The customer service I received from Luther gave me a ton of trust. Sales: Joe individually sent me more pictures and information about the vehicle than I knew what to do with. He was incredibly responsive the entire process. He made me feel like I was his only customer. Finance: Mark and Tony made this feel like a partnership, not a used car buying experience. The detail team: I could not find one single piece of dirt or hair on the entire vehicle. They even spent extra time buffing out any small scratches. It looked beautiful. I was very pleased with my entire used car buying experience at Luther and would recommend to anyone in or out of state! More
