I met Sue at the reception desk, asked her for a salesman, and she jumped right in and asked if a " saleswoman" would work!! Sue is Fantastic, and made the overall experience one of the best I have had, let's face it buying a car is not always the most fun thing to do. She listened to what I was saying, tracked down where the cars were hidden, and worked with the rest of the team to present a fair offer without having to play games. Sue ensured that the car came back "Certified" pre-owned even washing the plates from my old car!! If your looking for a fair, open car buying experience, I would recommend that you give Sue a call and ask for a SALESMAN!! Bob N. More

Allan made this purchase very easy for me and worked very hard to get the payments to exactly where they needed to be to fit into my budget. He has superior product knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. Allan made me feel as if we had known each other for years. I did not feel like I was at a car dealership. Paula had such a great attitude and energy about her, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and took away from any anxieties/ reservations I had about purchasing my first car by myself! She chose the perfect used car for me, in unbelievable condition, and at a ridiculously good price. Tony was super helpful and gave me an incredible deal on my trade in, Marsha worked so hard to get me approved for a loan and made the paperwork process quick and easy to follow, and Bob Drake made sure that my experience was seamless and that I was happy with my purchase. Although I'm new to the car buying experience, the atmosphere at Dover Honda was unlike anything I've felt at any other dealership I've been to. There was zero pressure to upgrade to anything that was out of my price range. The whole process was transparent and I knew that no numbers were being hidden from me.
