She spent a considerable amount of time with me, and I didn't feel rushed in making my decision whatsoever. But the amount of time I spent at the dealership for receiving financing, signing papers, etc. was ATROCIOUS! (better part of nearly 4 hrs just sitting and waiting). This was my 3rd lease vehicle here, not to mention 2 out-right purchased vehicles in the last 13 yrs. I have a credit score of 882 so there should have been no issues to delay acquiring the vehicle. I am grateful that no one tried to sell me an extended warranty this time, as I have been less than happy about my prior purchases of that entity, because no one in the service department has ever seemed to understand what this is and what is actually covered by it. I have been a "Honda girl " for a long time and still love their vehicles. But I sincerely hope my next experience won't take so long in financing. Thank you to both Tony and Karen for acknowledging their appreciation for my continued business as well. More
