I didn’t have an appointment and the dealership still took me and did my oil change very quickly. The place is clean and I LOVED that it has that coffee/drink maker. I recently visited Norm Reeves Honda for my scheduled B maintaince and also decided to have recall for rear camera harness handled as well. Tony, my service advisor, was wonderful - very attentive and frie maintaince and also decided to have recall for rear camera harness handled as well. Tony, my service advisor, was wonderful - very attentive and friendly - and my truck runs great, but the recall service was unsatisfactory (which I didn't notice until days later when I was loading truck bed at work). Apparently, part of the recall work includes removing rear license plate along with screws that hold in the plate, which were not completely screwed back into slots so now my rear plate is being held into place by only 1 screw since the other screw is too short to secure plate and annoying because it's not that easy for me to fix this issue. Lazy work. Now I have to make time (that I honestly don't have) to revisit service to fix this issue. More
